2023 WayV Fanmeeting Tour [Phantom] est la deuxième tournée de fanmeeting organisée par WayV. Le premier spectacle a eu le 11 février 2023 à la Kyunghee Unviersity à Séoul, en Corée du Sud.

Le 10 janvier 2023, WayV a annoncé sa deuxième tournée de fanmeeting pour commémorer son quatrième mini-album Phantom. Il a également été annoncé que la deuxième représentation à Séoul sera diffusée en direct via Beyond LIVE.
