2020: I-LAND[]
Le 1er juin 2020, Jake est annoncé comme candidat de l’émission I-LAND, produite par CJ ENM et Big Hit Entertainment.[2] Le 18 septembre 2020, il est classé 3e par les votes globaux et devient membre du groupe ENHYPEN.[3]
Le 30 novembre, il fait ses débuts officiels avec ENHYPEN, avec la sortie de leur premier mini-album BORDER : DAY ONE.
