‘The ReVe Festival’ Finale est le deuxième album repackage de Red Velvet, il est sorti le 23 décembre 2019. Il s'agit du troisième et dernier album de la trilogie The ReVe Festival.

Cet album est le troisième et dernier d'une trilogie, précédé de The ReVe Festival Day 1 et The ReVe Festival Day 2,[2] dont il est le repackage.
La piste "La Rouge" avait été révélée en avant-première à leur troisième concert La Rouge les 23 et 24 novembre 2019.
Le groupe devait effectuer sa première performance live de PSYCHO durant les SBS Gayo Daejun 2019, cependant, la présence du groupe a été annulée à la dernière minute, Wendy s'est blessée durant les répétitions et a du se rendre à l'hôpital. Ayant plusieurs fractures (dont une au poignée et au pelvis) ainsi que des blessures au visage, l'agence a très vite annoncé que les futures activités de Wendy et des autres membres seraient fortement perturbées.[3] Cependant, les concerts du groupe n'ont pas été annulés et se sont déroulés sans Wendy.
La chorégraphie de PSYCHO a été imaginée et crée par la chorégraphe Mina Myoung et la jeune danseuse âgée d'à peine 15 ans, Bailey Sok. Il s'agit de la première chorégraphie créée par Mina Myoung depuis son départ du studio 1MILLION DANCE et la première fois que Bailey Sok participe à la création d'une chorégraphie.[4]
Le 26 mars, le clip vidéo a dépassé les 100 millions de vues sur YouTube, devenant le clip du groupe ayant atteint le plus rapidement ce nombre en 3 mois, 2 jours et 7 heures.[5]
